The Jordaan is one of Amsterdam's most charming neighbourhoods and presents a relaxing change from the city's crowded tourist areas.
This first floor luxury apartment is on the Egelantiersstraat, a very quiet street with little passing traffic. You will be within walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, The Anne Frank House, Westerkerk & Noorderkerk Church and all the famous canals.
On Mondays the nearby Westerstraat becomes a wonderful open market filled with fresh foods like fruits, cheeses, meat and vegetables.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed and a full bathroom. There is also a delightful roof terrace.
The living room provides a comfortable sofa bed and chairs, TV, DVD, CD Player, direct dial telephone and a small library. The dining room features a six seater dining room table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and features a large gas range, kettle. microwave, toaster,coffee maker with complimentary coffee, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom provides a king-size bed, side tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space. For a fourth guest there is a single bed.
The full bathroom features a bath, shower, heated towel rails, hairdryer and a separate toilet. Fresh towels will also be provided for your stay.
To the rear of the apartment, there is also a 35m2 roof terrace complete with table and chairs.
This beautiful apartment is in the heart of the Jordaan district, close to all the city's major attractions.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A minimum stay of 5 nights will apply during the major holiday periods of Easter, Queen´s Day, Christmas and New Year and the IBC conference period in September.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- In addition, if you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the remaining amount.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the remaining amount.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
- The latest check-in time for this apartment is midnight.
- Wireless high speed internet access can be provided on request, but you must bring your own laptop. A wireless adaptor is provided with a USB connection.
- A direct dial telephone is provided with EUR 20 of calls for free. Thereafter calls will be charged at EUR 1.00 per minute.
- Two extra persons can be accommodated in this apartment on single foldaway beds.

"The booking process was polite, timely phone and e-mail responses. We arrived too early, so when i called the greeter number it rang with no answer, but Nicole was there and let us in immediately (very nice woman, gave us a bottle of wine, showed us the apartment and everything we needed to know). The apartment overall was just as advertised, the web pics are great and yet the apartment looks even better in person. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, loved the kitchen. Euro appliances are slightly different than in the USA but easy to figure out . The neighbors and neighborhood of the Jordaan makes you feel like you live there too and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Much thanks to the lovingamsterdam staff, and especially Nicole of Aubergine. The Aubergine apartment location is great, very peaceful and quiet at night, yet just a quick walk to more action if you want it. The Jordaan area is wonderful -great restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, delicious food around every corner. Perfect, just what we wanted."

"It was very easy to use and navigate the website. Roland our greeter was called away by an appointment, but made sure someone was there to meet us. Directions to apt were clear and accurate. The apartment is exactly as seen in the web site pictures and very clean. Nice residential area, minutes from transportation to everywhere else. We would encourage people to wander the neighborhood. There are restaurants and cafe's everywhere. Locations of nearby grocery stores would be of use to renters. We found an Iranian grocery store on the Rosengracht that had all the items needed for a good breakfast."

"Roland was great, and was patient (we got lost on
the way there!) He was friendly, courteous, and gave us all we needed (re:
cots, high-chair etc... and had even fitted a stair-gate especially (a
god-send with the steep stairs and a toddler, it made our stay so much more
relaxing not having to worry about a tumble down the stairs!).
It is a lovely, modern, well-equipped apartment, great
location with easy access to lots of places, with
lots of places to eat and shop within strolling distance.
I would definitley recommend Loving Amsterdam to friends and family?
Great to have a roof terrace, a shame the weather was not better!
The stairs are narrow and steep (like most places in Amsterdam) so if you
were on your own trying to manage a pram/buggy with kids, it could be a
problem. But with 2 adults and use of the stair-gate, it was fine.
In a nutshell, bar a small issue with cutlery and crockery, everything was
fantastic, we have already been recommending you to friends!
