These ideally situated apartments are located between the vibrant local life of the Nieuwmarkt and the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District.
In summer, the Nieuwmarkt is a busy place with all kinds of festivities such as weekend markets, music, theatre and open air cinema. The apartment is located in the heart of the Central District, so most tourist attractions can be reached within a short walk.
This third floor, one bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is very spacious and features a comfortable living, dining and study area and separate bedroom.
The living area features sofa and chairs, side tables, reading lamps, TV receiving a standard cable package, CD player, private telephone line on request and a high speed, broadband internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering ample storage space. An additional single bed can be also offered in this apartment at no extra charge to be placed in the living area in a dedicated alcove with privacy screen.
The bathroom is stylishly fitted with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail whilst a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
Please note that this is a NON smoking apartment.
The apartment building has laundry facilities for guest's use. There is also secure parking charged on a nightly basis, subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 6 night rate will apply during the Christmas and New Year period, a 4 night rate will apply for Easter, a 7 night rate during the period of the IBC Conference in September and a minimum 3 night rate for Queen's day. For these periods the full rate applicable may be provided on a request basis only.
- A 3 night minimum stay at the weekend will apply for all requests. Where 3 or more night requests include either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the weekend rate will apply for a minimum of 3 of the nights requested.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges. If your stay is for 3 nights or less there will be a charge equal to the first night's rental. If your stay is for 4 nights or longer there will be a charge equal to the first two night's rental.

Only sachets of shampoo and soap dispensers on the wall. I expected a few more things like conditioner and shower gel but this is really only a trivial matter as there were plenty of fresh towels, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials.
