These ideally situated apartments are located between the sophistication and entertainment of the Nieuwmarkt and the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District.
In summer, the Nieuwmarkt is a busy place with all kinds of festivities such as weekend markets, music, theatre and open air cinema. The apartment is located in the heart of the Central District, so most tourist attractions can be reached within a short walk.
These two bedroom apartments are newly refurbished with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Stylishly furnished with spacious and comfortable living, dining and study areas and separate bedrooms.
The living area features sofa and chairs, side tables, reading lamps, TV receiving a standard cable package, CD player, private telephone line on request and a high speed, broadband internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedrooms offer a double bed and two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering ample storage space.
The bathroom is stylishly fitted with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail whilst a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
Please note that this is a NON smoking apartment.
The apartment building has laundry facilities for guest's use. There is also secure parking charged on a nightly basis, subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 6 night rate will apply during the Christmas and New Year period, a 4 night rate will apply for Easter, a 7 night rate during the period of the IBC Conference in September and a minimum 3 night rate for Queen's day. For these periods the full rate applicable may be provided on a request basis only.
- A 3 night minimum stay at the weekend will apply for all requests. Where 3 night requests include either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the weekend rate will apply for all 3 nights requested.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges. If your stay is for 3 nights or less there will be a charge equal to the first night's rental. If your stay is for 4 nights or longer there will be a charge equal to the first two night's rental.

The twin room was very quiet, the double room not so, but then again it was Easter weekend, and with earplugs no problem at all! Great location! TV with lots of channels including BBC 1 and BBC world news. Very friendly staff! Would not hesitate to recommend this apt to anyone. Much better value than hotels, especially for groups. "Every aspect was great. We defo recommend and come again. We stayed before at a very upmarket hotel over near anne franks house -- this stay made me love Amsterdam more. The red light area was an eye opener for our 14-15 year old girls -- and prompted some interesting discussions. There was a safe feeling about the neighbourhood. Good advice is to walk from the station. It starts the
orientation process and means you don't adopt the lazy habit of taking cabs. On which point the wee booklet which has a map of the trams might be good to have in the flat for each new customer.
But really appreciated the free coffee and change of towels and sheets after a few days.
