This apartment is located on the top floor of a traditional townhouse in the very central location of Nieuwmarkt Square.
The apartment is spacious, bright and modern and furnished in a comfortable and welcoming style. The open and airy living area features tall windows offering enviable views onto the square from a small balcony. It also provides you with a a large sofa, leather easy chair, a dining room table and chairs, DVD player and a TV receiving a standard cable entertainment package.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom, located in the vaulted roof space is accessed by two sets of small, steep stairs and features four single beds.
The bathroom is clean and bright and offers, wc, shower, handbasin and towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid an additional charge, equivalent to one night's stay.

"Finding where we met our greeters was not easy a clearer map would be useful and we could not get a taxi as it is a pedestrian area. I suggest that visitors are informed that there are Rickshaws for transferring luggage as we did not know this was available until we?d reached our destination.
However these are small points the apartment had a lovely view of Amsterdams hustle and bustle. We were made to feel very welcome."
