Located on Nes, close to the Warmoesstraat and within walking distance of both Dam Sqaure and Nieuwmarkt Square. All the best night life is on your doorstep.
This apartment is furnished in a comfortable style, consisting of a spacious living area with a selection of brightly coloured modern art, a sofa bed, coffee tables and lamps, and a TV receiving a standard cable entertainment package.
The kitchen is basically equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
There are two twin bedrooms open to each other but separated by a stairway, each complete with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space
The bathroom is clean and bright and offers, toilet, bath/shower, handbasin and towel rail.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid an additional charge, equivalent to one night's stay.

"We liked the apartment in the fact that it was close to everything. The shower was nice and hot, the drain was slow to drain ( may need a plumber to have a look at that). We had a great time esp finding the yellow bike tour to North Amsterdam. A great day and one of the highlights. Also, visitors should check out Bols Gin across from Van Gogh. A real find and not busy."

"I am not able to enter any comments on the questionnaire, perhaps there is something I should do, I am not fully email literate. However our party had a great time in Amsterdam and It was in no small part to our lovely apartment so here is the feedback. Everything was satisfactory to more than satisfactory. The whole booking and checking in was easy, quick and a little quirky. The apartment is not five
star but it was much better than we were expecting and we were very pleased with the area. I would not have liked to be cooking a meal in the kitchen, the facilities were a bit sparse, but we didn't come to cook food so no problem for us and the shower was amazing. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Overall a pleasant, central apartment to have a bit of a chill in before the next round of shopping, museums and bars was a big bonus for us. I would recommend loving Amsterdam to most of my friends although possibly not all of them would be able to cope with picking up the key from the green house (sorry we never made it back ... the weekend was way to short...)."
