This beautiful three bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the heart of the lively Jordaan district.
The apartment is well located on the corner of the Noorderkerkstraat and the Lindengracht, just a short walk from many restaurants, cafes and shops, popular with Amsterdammers as well as with tourists.
The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and features a living / dining room and kitchen on the first floor, along with a small bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms and main bathroom are on the second floor, which is accessed by a beautiful sweeping staircase.
The living /dining room features two comfortable sofas, two stylish easy chairs and an elegant, circular Italian marble dining table with tall-back chairs to seat 6 people. There is also cable TV with DVD player (all region DVDs) and a CD player. A pre-paid mobile phone can be provided, if requested in advance.
The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay. A separate utility room houses a refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a non-separable queen (160 cm) bed plus two sofa beds. The medium size bedroom has a king size bed that is separable to make 2 singles (90cm each). The smallest of the bedrooms has a non-separable double (140cm) bed. All bedrooms offer bedside tables, reading lamps and ample storage space. A hairdryer is provided.
There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. On the first floor is a small bathroom, toilet and shower. On the second floor is a large marble bathroom with bath/shower combination, toilet, bidet and double wash basin.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This property has a non-smoking policy throughout.
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full.
- A minimum stay of 4 nights will apply during Easter and Queens Day. Also please note that no check ins or departures will be allowed on Queens Day (April 30th). There is a 5 night minimum stay across the New Year and a minimum of 6 nights during the IBC conference period in September.
- Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the booking charge in full and in euro cash. Credit cards andTravelers Cheques are not accepted for the balance payment. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit by presenting a credit card and signing a damages agreement.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you cancel within 42 night of your arrival date you will be charged a further 30% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.

"The checking in proces was good as Franklin our greeter could be flexible on time, and that we could check in straight away. He was very helpful. We were very happy with the apartment. We were a group of six (two adults and 4 teenagers) and we fitted in without falling over each other!!! It was great to have plenty of crockery and cutlery and to have the basics already to hand. Having coffee in already was good!!! Also it was a pleasant change to be told that even though the washing machine was not working we could use the launderette and have the cost. The place had a lived in feel to it but clean. It was a really pleasant area to be in. If I were to consider living in Amsterdam that is the area I would like to be in. We were very happy with the location, quiet and everything to hand but easy walking distance to the centre. The bar diagonally across from the apartment was very friendly and easy to sit in. The pizzeria below the apartment was good for food. The Belgian restaurant a short walk away was great. We would have liked more time to try the tapas bar across the road and the restaurants further along the avenue. The outdoor photographic exhibition was stunning, near to Anne Frank's House. "
