The apartment is the perfect base for just people watching or to explore nearby colourfully named streets, Monnikenstraat (The Monk) and Bloedstraat (Blood Street), leading into the City's small China Town.
This first floor studio apartment is bright and airy and is furnished in a range of colourful, co-ordinated colours.
This light and airy room offers two single beds with storage and hanging space, a built in sofabed, plus a second separate sofabed, dining table and chairs and a TV, CD & DVD player. Wireless high speed internet is also available in the apartment as is a mobile air-conditioning unit for those hot summer nights.
The functional kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, double boiling ring, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, tableware and utensils you will need for your stay.
The shower room features wc, shower, small handbasin and towel rail. A hair dryer and an iron are provided in the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply after 8.00pm.
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply across the Easter Weekend and Queen's Day, a 7 night minimum between 6th-17th September (IBC Conference) and a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year period.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance and may be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card.
- In the event that you need to cancel your booking, your inital booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date a cancellation fee equal, in total, to the first night's rental charge, will be incurred.
- If you cancel on the day of your arrival the full balance will be charged.
- If late check out is required this may be possible up until 18.00 for a charge of EUR 35.
- If additional sets of keys are required a deposit of EUR 50 per set must be paid.
