This apartment is in one of Amsterdam's most popular locations, Dam Square. Located on a small street you will be a minute's walk from Dam Square with the Royal Palace, Nieuwe Kerk and the National Monument. In the other direction the Singel canal is just as close leading you into Amsterdam's famous Jordaan with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.
This is a very central location, convenient for all of Amsterdam's sights.
This comfortable and simply furnished one bedroom apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
The living room has two very large windows overlooking the street and is a bright and airy room. It is furnished in a minimalist style and has a sofa bed, coffee table, and a flat screen TV. Some English speaking news channels are available. High speed wireless internet is also provided.
The kitchenette is simple and has a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a breakfast table and two chairs. Tea and coffee is provided.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern and is fully tiled and has a rain shower, W.C. and hand-basin. A hairdryer is provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- In addition, if you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
