This lovely one bedroom apartment is located close to Amsterdam's famous Flower Market. This daily market is held on barges moored along the Singel, offering every type of exotic flora from banana trees and yucca plants to coconut palms and bonsai shrubs.
The apartment building is located in a vibrant and busy street with many good bars and restaurants and, as is typical of this type of Dutch townhouse, has very steep and narrow stairs up to the first floor.
The apartment consists of an open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen, double bedroom and provate bathroom.
The living area provides a large sofa (which can also be used as a single bed) small wooden table and chairs, TV, DVD player and complimentary wireless internet access.
The kitchen offers a 4 ring electric hob, washing machine, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom has a standard size double bed and a ftted wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, handbasin, toilet and vanity mirror.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply for Easter, Queens Day and Christmas and New Year. A 7 night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference and the Cannabis Cup.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros together with a refundable cash security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 14 days notice to avoid additional cancellation charges.
- If your stay is for 3 days or less, there will be an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
- If your stay is between 4 and 7days, there will be an additional charge equivalent to three night's rental.
- If your stay is for 7 days and above there will be an additional charge equivalent to 5 night's rental.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.
