The apartment is situated in an area known as Spiegelkwartier, very close to the Leisdeplein. This area is known for its art galleries and is a very popular part of Amsterdam. The Rijksmuseum is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the Van Gogh museum and the Diamond centre.
This part of Amsterdam has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, and the Leidsestraat provides great shopping. This location has it all.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and is arranged over two floors. On the first floor there is the living area with open-plan kitchen and dining room providing a dining room table and chairs, a range of comfortable seating and an entertainment system complete with TV, CD & DVD player.
The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay.
Also on the first floor is a W.C. in the hallway. On the second floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There is a full bathroom featuring toilet, hand basin, separate shower and bath.
Another delightful feature of this apartment is its roof terrace with a table and four chairs.
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and internet access.
Additional Booking Conditions:
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- In addition, if you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queen´s Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
