You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.
This one bedroom apartment is on the second floor and is well furnished and consists of open plan living / dining room, a twin bedroom and a private shower room.
The spacious and bright living area provides a double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and four chairs and a TV with inbuilt DVD player.
The kitchen is fitted with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The shower room is clean and bright and features toilet, shower, handbasin and towel rail.
The apartment will be cleaned thorougly before you arrive with sufficient towels and bed linen provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance and provide a cash security deposit of EUR 50.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all arrivals after 8.00pm
- Please note that this apartment building does not accept groups of more than 6 persons.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 72 hours notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.

Checking in went as arranged, we phoned Sonya from the airport and followed her directions, meeting her at the appartment. Sonya was very helpful and gave us useful information. The appartment was very satisfactory; clean and as described. In fact it was a lot brighter than we had expected it to be from the photos.We were very comfortable there. The appliances were as described and easy to use. Although there was building work going on in the building it did not disturb us but we did have the odd night when we were disturbed by noise made by other guests in the building. The area was brilliant. All areas were easily accessible from it and a short interesing walk quickly took us to supermarket and restaurants. We have already recommended both flat and Loving Amsterdam to friends and family. We decided to use an Amsterdam Card while we were there and found it useful and good value.
