This lovely one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional townhouse in the very central location of Nieuwmarkt Square, above a popular bar.
The apartment is spacious, bright and modern and furnished in a comfortable and welcoming style. The open and airy living area features tall windows offering enviable views onto the square. It also provides you with a double sofa bed, two single chairs, a dining room table and chairs, and a TV receiving a standard cable entertainment package.
The kitchen is basically equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom offers two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The bathroom is clean and bright and has a wc, shower, handbasin and towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid an additional charge, equivalent to one night's stay.

"This apartment is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures really do not do it justice. It is also much bigger than the pictures show, those windows are absolutely amazing when open. Wonderful views of Nieumarkt (which never sleeps), we loved this apartment SO much that we are going to book two weeks next year. Really cannot thank those at Greenhouse effect enough, this apartment was the icing on the cake for a wonderful stay, has everything needed and is next to Albert Hein supermarkt, not to forget fresh fruit and veg outside every day. I CANNOT wait to come back here to truly expeirence Amsterdam once more.

"We love the apartment and would totally recommend it to anyone who enjoys chilled out people watching! It is fairly basic but it has everything you need and the amazing view of the square and the great area is what we go for. Café Cuba for the mojitos, Poco Loco,Hill Street Blues Coffeeshop for almond frappes and Chao Prayo (or something like that) for amazing Thai food - all within 1 min of the apartment.

"The apartment was a great base for a group to meet up. It was in an area that is central to all and easy to get about from. Iit was great to have a room to chill in and invite our group in to for pre going out drinks. Loving Amsterdam were really helpful and the whole experience was made so easy by your staff. We recommend people go to the museum quarter and do the canal trip. Get out and see the real Amsterdam!! From where we were based quite central it was easy to go places and not just see the tourist parts, which can give you a distorted view of the city. Soho and Arc bars were both really nice, not far from Dam square. They were friendly and not badly priced for drinks. "

"This is the second time we've stayed here, booked with yourselves both times, both times have been great. The apartment is excellent, the huge windows with the view over the square are what really make the place. There is nothing better than opening the windows and watching the world from the sofa with a beer! It's got new furniture and a LCD TV since our last visit which is always nice to see. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom do what you need them to, the big attraction of the apartment is the lounge and the view across the square. The location is excellent, there is always something happening in the square, lots of, bars and restaurants nearby, easy to get to everywhere, we will be back again!
Bar - Cafe Cuba for superb mojitos, Restaurants - Poco Loco, beneath the apartment, great tapas and breakfast. In De Waag, bit pricey, but very dramatic inside and the food was good.
Coffee shop - Hill Street at the Market, friendly, chilled, relaxed and smiley, what it should be.

"I think the website understates it, as it was fantastic! You need to show better pictures, as the windows are not done justice by the pictures on the site! I think the location is great. So central - again i think the website should mention just how central it is. I would definatly recommend this apartment to friends and family. I visit Amsterdam at least three times a year, and I know I will definatly be coming back again and will try other apartments aswell with different amounts of people.
