This large two bedroom apartment is within the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District just a few minutes walk from Central Station. For the fun-seeker to Amsterdam it provides perfect accommodation right in the heart of one of Europe's most exciting cities.

You are within walking distance of the famous Damrak which leads down to Dam Square and the site of the Royal Palace.

This duplex, two bedroom apartment is arranged over the 3rd and 4th floors (4th & 5th US). On the 3rd floor are the two bedrooms featuring 2 single beds plus a sofa in each. Both bedrooms have a TV, CD & DVD player and side tables and a hanging rack for clothes. In the front bedroom there is a small balcony overlooking the canal.

On the upper floor is a spacious open plan kitchen / diner with a large sofa and dining room table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, combination microwave, 4 ring gas hob, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The modern bathroom is on the lower floor and features a shower cubicle, handbasin, toilet and towel rail.

Please note that whilst this is a private apartment, the apartment manager lives on the upper floor, adjacent to the kitchen. There is a communal stairway between the 2 floors of this apartment which the apartment manager uses for access to thier apartment.

As this apartment is in the heart of Amsterdam's Red Light District it may not be suitable for younger children or those of a sensitive nature.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period (6th - 14th September) the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
  
  
• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
  
  
• If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
