This large two bedroom apartment is close to the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District where the famous red window lights are striking against the quaint, old canal houses.
You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.
This two bedroom apartment is well furnished and consists of two large bedrooms one with a double bed plus a single bed, the other with a double bed. Both have bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobes offering ample storage space. An additonal single bed can also be provided in the living room.
The spacious living area provides elegant sofas and double sofa bed, single bed, chairs, antique cabinets and tables, reading lamps, TV and CD Player and VCR.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom, which is ensuite to one of the bedrooms, is clean and bright and features a bath, shower, handbasin and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet outside of the bedroom in the hallway.
The apartment will be cleaned thorougly before you arrive with sufficient towels and bed linen provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period (6th - 14th September) the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
