This lovely studio is well located close to the newly renovated Westerpark, just a short walk from many restaurants, cafes and shops, popular with Amsterdammers as well as with tourists.
The neighborhood is the perfect base for experiencing all that Amsterdam has to offer with it's fantastic cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The area of Jordaan oozes atmosphere with its narrow streets, picturesque canals, brown cafes, art galleries and unique shops
The studio is within a communal residential building. Whilst your studio is private, it is located within a larger apartment occupied by the owner.
The studio consists of a small living room, double bedroom and shower room.
The living area has a double sofa bed that is only suitable for small children (no adults), a TV with 34 cable channels including English speaking channels, a coffee table, an occasional table and reading lamps.
The bedroom area is exotically furnished with a Queen size double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps plus a wardrobe.
The seperate shower room is beautifully tiled with Italian tiles and comprises of a shower, hand basin, large mirror and a towel rail. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The toilet is separate to the shower room.
Ouside is a large communal area providing a glorious feast of colour during the summer months - a perfect place to relax.
Please be aware there are no kitchen facilities in the apartment, however tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is strictly a non smoking apartment.
- You wll be required to pay a refundable cash security deposit of EUR 75. This will be returned on departure assuming there are no damages.
- Please note that the latest possible check in time is 11pm.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the New Year period and the IBC conference in September.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there will be an additional 25% cancellation charge.
- If you cancel with 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged your total rental charge.
