This extremely well equipped studio apartment is in a private guesthouse located on a beautiful stretch of the Singelgracht canal where it meets the Amstel.
This accommodation has been furnished to a very high standard and provides everything you will need for a wonderfully relaxing break in Amsterdam.
The studio room is located at the rear of the property overlooking a lovely garden and features two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request and bedside tables. An additional mattress can also be provided for a third person on request. (Please note that this apartment is petite and including a third person will mean space is very limited.)
There is a table and 2 chairs, TV and DVD and high speed internet access can also be provided for your use.
The basic kitchenette features a fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. The guesthouse also offers the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom is beautifully styled and features a shower, toilet, glass hand basin and towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Queen's Day and Easter, a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year periods and a 7 night minimum during the IBC conference period (7th - 11th September)
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, should you need to cancel you must provide a minimum of 14 days notice, prior to your arrival date, to avoid an additional charge.
- If you cancel up to 96 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged 60% of the total rental charge.
- If you cancel within 96 hours of your arrival date, or do not show up at the apartment, you will be charged 100% of the rental charge.

"My husband and I found everything from booking the apartment to checking out a very peaceful experience. It was our first time abroad and actually we have not even booked a hotel online before so we had a few worries about what we could possibly find when we arrived. Booking online was easy and I chose you because of all of the pictures available. When we arrived at Central Station our greeter's Andy and Fokko helped us with directions to the hotel and once we arrived we found the room to be exactly what was on your web site with all of the ammenities in working order as well. The room was clean with a vase of roses waiting for us which I thought was a nice touch. The internet saved us $$$$ in phone calls to our kids at home in the US, and the location of the apartment was perfect for us. We are very pleased with our stay and will most definately recommend it
to anyone interested staying in Amsterdam. And yes we would be happy to recommend places to visit in Amsterdam although some of the places are XXX lol. We loved Rembrant Square and The Dam along with the coffeshops, live sex shows and the infamous Red Light District.
