Recently opened, this accommodation has been furnished to a very high standard and provides everything you will need for a wonderfully relaxing break in Amsterdam.

The apartment located at the front of the property, overlooking a beautiful stretch of the Singelgracht canal, features two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, bedside tables and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.

There is a dining table and two chairs, TV and DVD, sofabed and high speed internet access can also be provided for your use.

The kitchenette features an oven and hotplate, microwave, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. The guesthouse also offers the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom is beautifully styled and features a shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail.

Additional Booking Conditions:

A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Queen's Day and Easter, a 5 night minimum stay during the Christmas and New Year periods and a 7 night minimum during the IBC conference period (7th - 11th September)


• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Thereafter, should you need to cancel you must provide a minimum of 14 days notice, prior to your arrival date, to avoid an additional charge.
  
  
• If you cancel up to 96 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged 60% of the total rental charge.
  
  
• If you cancel within 96 hours of your arrival date, or do not show up at the apartment, you will be charged 100% of the rental charge.
