This extremely well equipped studio apartment is perfectly located if you like shopping and partying!..
The stylish living area is well furnished and features two sofas, a TV with a surround sound cinema system, and a stereo CD player. Wireless internet access can be arranged on request.
The fitted kitchen offers a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom area is reached by a set of ladder steps leading from the dining area to a mezzanine where the double bed is situated complete with storage and hanging space.
The bathroom provides a bath / shower, hand basin, mirror and towel rail. The private toilet is separate from the apartment but is located just outside on a rear staircase, adjacent to the access to the roof terrace.
There is also access to a shared roof top terrace with seating, an ideal place to sit and relax!
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum rate will apply during Easter and Queen´s Day. A 5 night rate will apply during the Christmas, New Year period, and a 7 night rate will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros on arrival. There will also be a EUR 100.00 security deposit to be paid on arrival. This is refundable assuming there are no breakages or damage to the apartment.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice to avoid cancellation charges equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

"Yes, we loved it. It was centrally located and easy to find, after every walk. It was comfortable and practical. It was snowing, and freezing, and beautiful. Amsterdam is an amazing city, cute houses which at times seem to defy gravity, canals, and beautiful people. Each day we would walk for three hours, get thirsty, go for a drink. We went for nice meals. Cafe Crignon makes a great fondue, we had the Bavarian and the wine one, and the service was great. We had some great seafood at Cafe Cote-Ouest, although service was appalling, but if you don't mind waiting then the food is fab. Lef bar was also fantastic in the red district. Every bar and cafe is filled with locals and tourists, and the people are friendly. We spent many hours simply watching the snow and people walking by. "

Recommendations: 'Nooch' just a few doors down from that blocker shop on the main road (leidasplein?!) Anyway! really really good food, amazing mojitos, nice friendly service & good value.¿la Marguerita¿ down past dam square, near the canals & right beside that Windmill jewellers Very tasty food, big portions, gorgeous margueritas (no surprises there!) and potent sangria!! Waterlooplein market is good for a nose around, nik naks & some cool second hand stuff. There was a really nice outdoor photography exhibition (but probably for a limited time.Great city for general ramblings & dipping heads into pokey shops & higgledy piggeldy buildings!! I LOVE Amsterdam!! "

Ian was extremely helpful and told us where the best sights and shops were. The apartment was like home from home!
