This spacious, air-conditioned apartment is centrally located in a 17th century building close to Central Station and within the wonderful area of the Jordaan. The building was recently fully restored but still retains immense character and historical presence.
Located on the first floor, the apartment occupies a further two internal floors providing a comfortable and welcoming living space right in the heart of one of Europe's most vibrant and exciting cities. It is within easy walking distance of many cafes, restaurants and shops, and the main museums and theatres are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by tram.
On the apartment's first floor, there is bright and welcoming living / dining area with open plan kitchen. On the second floor are two twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom whilst on the third floor there is the third (master) bedroom.
The living/dining room has been tastfully furnished in a contemporary style and provides a welcoming environment in which to relax. It features a sofaand chairs, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, CD and DVD player (with home cinema and ipod connection) and complimentary high speed internet.
The modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen features kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The modern master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second and third bedrooms each feature two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The fully tiled bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
A temporary bed can be supplied for an extra guest for an extra supplement of EUR 40 per night. A child's cot and high chair can also be provided on request for a small extra charge
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non-smoking apartment.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date there will be a further charge equivalent to 25% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, the full remaining balance will be charged.
