Here are the Terms & Conditions that apply when you book an apartment in Amsterdam with us. By making a booking you are agreeing to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions. Also, please note that by booking with us you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions
implied by the answers in the Your Questions Answered pages.
We want to be clear and transparent in how we work with you, so please contact us if you have any questions or require any further clarification.
Cancellations
Bookings are not transferable from one apartment to another. In the event
that you, the client, cancel or change the booking or do not show the booking
deposit will not be refunded. Furthermore, each apartment also has its own
cancellation policy and specific details of all cancellation charges are
stated on our website on the chosen apartment page. Should Loving Amsterdam cancel
the booking a full refund of the deposit will be made.
We suggest that you ensure that your travel insurance covers No Show and Cancellation Costs.
Deposit
The deposit paid to secure the booking for an apartment in Amsterdam is non-refundable.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is normally after 3pm however we will try to accommodate all arrival times into your apartment in Amsterdam.
Check-Out is normally before 11am on the day of departure.
Please also refer to the Additional Booking Conditions on the
individual apartment page for any further applicable charges regarding check-in and check-out time that supercede these.
Changes to Number of Guests
We can amend your booking free of charge up until a day before your arrival at your apartment in Amsterdam. After this point schedules for laundry and linen
may have been prepared, and so will not be able to guarantee that changes can be accommodated. Also please be aware
that for any change in price, the deposit must be changed to maintain it at its original percentage of the total booking.
Amendments made by Loving Amsterdam
In the event that Loving Amsterdam cannot provide you, the client, with the
particular apartment in Amsterdam that was booked, Loving Amsterdam will endeavour to
find apartment in Amsterdam of similar characteristics subject to availability. In these
circumstances you, the client, will not be required to pay more than stated in the
original booking. In the event that no agreement can be reached as to alternative
Amsterdam accommodation, a full refund will be made by Loving Amsterdam. Loving Amsterdam
will not be liable for further claims by the client.
Number and identity of the guests
You, the client, will inform Loving Amsterdam of the number of guests included within the booking.
Unless otherwise agreed by Loving Amsterdam, only the number of persons indicated by the
client when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment in Amsterdam. The number of
persons who may use the apartment in Amsterdam may not exceed the number of persons allocated
for each apartment. Pets are only allowed
where permission has specifically been granted. In the event that Loving Amsterdam or
any of its agents discover any infringement of the aforementioned obligations,
Loving Amsterdam, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the client
to leave the apartment in Amsterdam and the client shall have no right to claim any type of
compensation whatsoever.
Cleaning
The apartment in Amsterdam shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, the client will
be obliged to leave the apartment in Amsterdam in a reasonable condition. Loving Amsterdam will be entitled to deduct any cleaning charges from the
credit card used to secure the booking.
Behaviour
The client signing the agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her.
Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Loving Amsterdam shall
be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment in Amsterdam without the right for the
latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Limitation of Liabilities
Neither Loving Amsterdam nor the owner of the apartment in Amsterdam shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as
a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment in Amsterdam, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses
because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition Loving Amsterdam is solely acting as an agent for the property owner.
Any agreement signed between the client and Loving Amsterdam pertains soley to the behaviour of the client whilst in the property,
and the authorisation of credit card charges.
Our Website
Loving Amsterdam reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as
may be in line with the company's business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate
measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this
site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes
to comply with any such changes.
Whilst Loving Amsterdam do their utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information contained on our website, we cannot be
held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to
information on or accessible from this website.
These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.

When you book an apartment in Amsterdam through our website, we will need to collect information about you to facilitate the booking.

Do we sell your personal data to third parties?

By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage
and processing of your personal information by Loving Amsterdam in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Some information
and emails sent to Loving Amsterdam may be used as testimonials on our apartments in Amsterdam but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed.
