This very spacious three bedroom apartment is situated minutes from Centraal Station within the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District.
You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.
This three bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of three large bedrooms. In two of the bedrooms there is a double bed and a single bed. In the third bedroom there are two sngle beds. There is also a single bed in the landing area between the bedrooms.
The spacious living area provides two sofas, two easy chairs, dining table and four chairs, double sofabed TV, CD & DVD Player. One of the sofas is a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay iron.
The bathroom is clean and bright and features a bath, shower, handbasin and towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period (10th - 14th September) the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or do not show, there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
