This extremely spacious, air-conditioned apartment is centrally located on the picturesque Keizersgracht canal and offers fantastic canal views.

Thoughtfully and classically restored, this stunning apartment offers a unique and relaxing living space right in the heart of one of Europe's most exciting cities. It is within easy walking distance of many vibrant cafes, restaurants and shops, and the main museums and theatres are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by tram.

The living / dining area with open plan kitchen retain many of the building's original features, including high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, whilst the bedrooms and marble tiled bathroom perfectly compliment this traditional treasure.

The striking living/dining room has been extremely tastfully restored and features beautiful wall hangings from one of The Netherland`s most famous and colourful painters. Offering sumptuous sofas, a stylish dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, CD and DVD player, it has all the comforts of home. Complimentary high speed internet is also provided.

The modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, electric hob, combination microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The modern master bedroom has a double bed, a second flat screen TV, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.

The second bedroom is located in the loft space and features a double bed, flat screen TV, bedside tables and reading lamps.

The marble tiled bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a hairdryer and a valuables safe for your personal use.

A temporary bed can be supplied for an extra guest for an extra supplement of EUR 40 per night. A child's cot and high chair can also be provided on request for an extra charge

Additional Booking Conditions:

  • This is a non-smoking apartment.

  • The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.

  • There is a mandatory EUR 50 final cleaning charge which is included in the total cost.

  • The balance payment is subject to a 5% City Tax.

  • A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.

  • On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

    Cancellation Policy.

  • In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • Thereafter, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date there will be a further charge equivalent to 25% of the remaining balance.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, the full remaining balance will be charged.
