A temporary bed can be supplied for an extra guest for an extra supplement of EUR 40 per night. A child's cot and high chair can also be provided on request for an extra charge
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non-smoking apartment.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.
- There is a mandatory EUR 50 final cleaning charge which is included in the total cost.
- The balance payment is subject to a 5% City Tax.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date there will be a further charge equivalent to 25% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, the full remaining balance will be charged.
